$125,000 policy limits were awarded to our client for injuries arising from a rollover incident involving another pickup truck pulling a trailer. Our client and his friend were driving on the highway when the pickup truck pulling a trailer in front of them began having problems with the trailer. The trailer collided with their pickup truck causing it to roll at a high rate of speed. Our client suffered injuries to his head from striking the windshield, musculoskeletal injuries to his neck, chest, back, tears to his left shoulder, torn meniscus in his right leg, and injuries to his right-hand.
