Our client was traveling at approximately 55 mph and has just enough time to slam on his breaks before hitting the driver’s side door and front fender of the at-fault vehicle. He flew over the vehicle and skittered down the highway. Our client suffered a kidney contusion and injuries to his pelvis, right wrist, and left shoulder.
