$110,000 awarded to our client who fell into an open access hole at a casino where she was a waitress. A service technician removed an access cover in the restaurant floor near the computer ordering area during regular hours. Our client was busy waiting on customers when she fell stepping into the open access in the floor, falling three to four feet. Our client struck her left shoulder, left arm, and right elbow before landing on both knees in hard, packed dirt and suffered injuries to her back.
